It’s frustrating when people ask me how many miles I run a day. What day are you referring to? Long day? Track day? Tempo day? Recovery day? Easy day? Specify!
that is a really tough question to answer. it is different for almost everyone. I’d love to help you out, but there’s a lot of things I’d have to know about you. like are you new to running, do you/did you play any sports, if you do run, how often/far/paces, are you wanting to be competitive or just have fun (not saying both aren’t possible), and maybe a few other things. if you want to message me off anon (I won’t publicly post it), I’d love to write you up a training plan and get you started! if not, and you’re not a ‘runner’ I’d say use a “couch to 5k” program to get started. I’ve had quite a few friends use them and they’ve really enjoyed it!
